  • 50 gr. Kafulawa
  • 50 gr. webhotela
  • 600 ml. ubisi
  • Sal
  • I-Nutmeg

Ukulungiselela
  1. Ukulungisa i-broccoli nge-bechamel kuhhavini, sizosusa kuqala ama-florets e-broccoli. Sizobeka ipani elinamanzi nosawoti emlilweni, lapho liqala ukubila engeza izimbali ze-broccoli bese silivumela lipheke lize liphekwe.
  2. Sikhipha i-broccoli bese siyibeka ebhodini lokubhaka. Manje silungiselela i-bechamel. Epanini noma epanini lokuthosa sibeka ibhotela emlilweni ophakathi nendawo, lapho selincibilikile, engeza ufulawa, ugovuze kahle futhi ulivumele lipheke lithathe umbala omncane.
  3. Ngemuva kwalokho sizofaka ubisi, esizobe silufudumezile ngaphambili kwi-microwave, sizolufaka kancane kancane kufulawa futhi ngeke siyeke ukunyakaza ngenduku, kuze kube yilapho kwenziwa ukhilimu.
